PURPOSE:

I am the guide who uses conscious listening to create a space for all people to tell their stories.
And by asking questions through compassion and love, I hold the space for people to find their
inner self-love and joy.

“While I’m known to be tough and real I also deeply care about the “success” of my clients as humans. I’m an entrepreneur, a consultant, a teacher, a coach. I use theoretical concepts to apply creative techniques that allow mental skills to become muscle memory.”
