Individual & Coach Sessions

One-on-one sessions conducted with athletes  and coaches can be held at the local Starbucks or on the “playing field.” These 60-90 minute sessions include discussion of some of the sample topics below. 


-         Building confidence

-         Letting go of mistakes

-         Communicating with coach and/or parents

-         Competing with consistency

-         Developing mental toughness

-         Goal-setting and commitment

-         Reaching personal and athletic excellence

-         Teaching life skills so you can then coach

-         Developing mental toughness in your team

-         Incorporating mental skills training directly into your practices

-         Helping your athletes fail so they can succeed


Preferably, athletes will complete the AthleteDISC and/or CoachDISC profile prior to their first meeting.   Written notes will be provided to athletes and coaches after every session.
