One-on-one sessions conducted with athletes can be held at the local Starbucks or on the “playing field.” These 60-90 minute sessions include discussion of some of the sample topics below. 

-         Building confidence

-         Letting go of mistakes

-         Communicating with coach and/or parents

-         Competing with consistency

-         Developing mental toughness

-         Goal-setting and commitment

-         Reaching personal and athletic excellence

Preferably, athletes will complete the AthleteDISC profile prior to their first meeting.   Written notes will be provided to athletes after every session.
